Common Questions

How do I reset my game progress?

Your Pairdle and Slide progress is stored locally on your device. To reset it on the web, sign out from the in-game gear menu and clear your browser's site data for logicloftgames.com. On the iOS or Android app, reset progress under Settings → Account → Reset Progress.

The game won't load — what should I do?

First, try a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+F5 on Windows). If that does not help, check whether your browser is blocking third-party storage — our games rely on localStorage to save your daily streak. Brave and Safari with strict privacy mode often need a per-site exception. If the issue persists across browsers, please email us with your device and OS version so we can reproduce it.

How do I delete my account?

We take your data seriously. If you signed in with Google, email support@logicloftgames.com from the address you registered with and we will remove your account and all associated leaderboard entries within seven business days. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and why.

Where can I report a bug or request a feature?

We read every email. Send us as much detail as you can — the game, your platform (web, iOS, or Android), what happened, and what you expected. Screenshots help. We typically respond within one to two business days.
